Valveforce has gained a trusted relationship for specialist technical valve specification and supply to End Users and installing contractors within the UK, whilst we have been assembling, testing and overhauling globe controls valves for years. We have now invested and added to our in house skill sets and resources to offer a full comprehensive more general valve repair service to offer to our customers.
We can provide a full valve repair overhaul and pressure testing service on the majority of installed valves, whoever the manufacturer.

The valve maintenance services are performed in our dedicated and fully equipped workshop, enabling us to calibrate and re-certify valves. We carry out a variety of tests as required, but typically we would provide a seat leakage test and a hydrostatic pressure test.

We generate an asset register of all your types of valves, prepare the proposal incorporating the critical spares and necessary skilled labour costs, ensuring all the correct parts are available ready for your shut down to carry out the work. You are left with the peace of mind that your systems are working as efficiently and effectively as possible. We also help to protect you from plant failure; if your production or process is down we will support you and get you up and running as quickly as possible. Our Planned Maintenance Controls would ensure that you are compliant with all personal safety and environmental policies.
