Control Panel Technician

The Control Panel Technician role requirements:

• Construction of electrical control panels from presented electrical and mechanical drawings to completion
• Electrical testing of completed control panels
• Supervision of junior panel builders and contractors
• Providing a source of practical design advice and guidance.

• Full time / permanent
• Salary based on experience
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension scheme
• Based in Solihull, West Midlands

About You

• 5 years’ experience desirable, but not essential
• Knowledgeable in the service of industrial controls
• Skilled in the construction and testing of special purpose control circuit boards
• Proficient in the construction of Control Systems
• Able to electrically test completed control panels
• We want someone to prove they can add value to a rapidly expanding SME
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others
• Capable of making improvements and generating new ideas
• Strong organisational skills
