Valveforce’s Burner Service Agreement ensures your steam and hot water burners are regularly maintained by our specialist Valveforce Service Engineers. Instead of reacting to breakdowns your maintenance will be planned ensuring optimum performance when your production is at full capacity or your organisation needs the heating to be on!

Annual agreements typically consist of a 6 monthly running check and an annual major service. You will receive a dedicated scope tailored to your burner, a specialist programme undertaken by our experienced service engineers will ensure your boilers are running at optimum performance and prevent costly breakdowns.

One of our key accounts is a food manufacturing company who process pigs for human consumption. They needed to improve the efficiency of warm up systems on their industrial food cooker by adding three additional steam temperature control loops to precisely control the fine temperature control parameters.

We had originally designed and supplied the temperature control loop consisting of the pneumaticglobe control valves, temperature sensors and process controllers, but now with the acquisition of IES Control we were able to offer the complete control package with the SEIMENS PLC process controllers supplied with programming and software written and integrated into a hygienic stainless-steel control cabinet.

The customer was referred to Valveforce because of our track record in the food sector and our knowledge of both valves and control panel systems. Our customer is very pleased with this completeturnkey solution to a delicate control application which is fully commissioned and proving itself.
