Steam Trap Solution for Midlands Hospital
Valveforce ensured no disruption or downtime for a Midlands hospital with their Steam Trap solution.
New steam traps from Valveforce helped make significant energy savings at a top Midlands hospital, installed across a wide range of services. Systems included plant room heating, hot water heat exchangers and humidification.
Valveforce were able to provide independent technical advice and undertake a full survey to discover exactly why, where and by how much the existing valves were passing live steam. Valveforce found a solution to the wastage of valuable fuel and provided an installation that will reduce maintenance and cut carbon emissions significantly. Valveforce ensured that the introduction of the new steam traps coincided with plant shutdowns so that there was no disruption or downtime.
