Heatxforce called me as soon as I submitted a request for a replacement bespoke coil on 13\/2\/23. I sent them a drawing I had made of the existing coil, as I had no manufacturer&#8217;s drawings. Heatxforce communicated with me regularly &amp; understanding the urgency of the request manufactured &amp; delivered a replacement coil to site on 9\/3\/23. We fitted the coil successfully on 11\/3\/23. Throughout the ordering, design, manufacturing &amp; delivery period Heatxforce demonstrated excellent communication, patience &amp; professionalism.
