As well as manufacturing and servicing our own products, we also service, maintain and replace the products of other manufacturers. We do so by reverse engineering, or bespoke design.
The range of products and services provided by Heatxforce covers all areas. Where there is a heat transfer need, Heatxforce will have a solution. Whether it's a minor repair or a turnkey package, we have the resources and expertise to deliver a first-class service.
Some of our products include: Heat Transfer Packages; Calorifiers; HVAC Coils (steam, water and refrigerant); Finned Tube Air Coolers and Plate Heat Exchangers.
Along with the products and services available to us through our group companies, Valveforce and Controlsforce, there are very few bases that are not covered.
Heatxforce manufacture in a range of materials including, copper and nickel based alloys, stainless steel, duplex, titanium, carbon steel and exotic metals. All of our products are rigorously tested and inspected before dispatch to ensure that our customers' expectations are met.
Our in house production facilities enable our skilled technicians to manufacture complex assemblies, including pressure vessels in accordance with PD5500 and ASME VIII construction codes. Our welders are qualified to BS EN ISO 96 06-1 and ASME IX. This, therefore, enables them to construct to most international standards.
Where we incorporate our products into skid packages, we are able to fabricate and machine components in house, including the skid structures.

Heatxforce build pressure equipment in accordance with PD5500 and ASME VIII Pressure vessel codes whilst conforming to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and UKCA Pressure Equipment Safety Regulations (PESR), which are mandatory inspection requirements applicable to pressure vessels and systems.
Our welding procedures are in accordance with ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX.
Welder qualifications are in accordance with ISO 9606-1 and ASME IX.
All of our welding related qualifications are certified by TUV Nord.
