Steam Heat Exchangers Explained
Heat Transfer Applications
At Heatxforce, we understand that each heat transfer application is unique. We are therefore able to provide numerous optional components and configurations, to meet your specific needs in terms of heat transfer design, sizing and controls.
With our experience in steam and hot water, heat exchanger packages will be designed by our specialist team. You can be confident that the system will be accurately sized and the specified equipment will be reliable, require less maintenance and be exact in its operation.
At Heatxforce, we manufacture in our factory to ensure simple on-site installation and commissioning, whilst ensuring minimal operational impact and downtime. We are able to build our packages in house using the skills and components available to us from the other businesses within the Force Group.
Plant Room Solutions
As is often the case, plant rooms are built around the equipment used for hot water and heating services. Whilst this is good for new buildings, it is a headache for facilities managers when the equipment needs replacing years down the line. Quite often, little thought goes into providing adequate access for large items of plant to be moved. In and out, Heatxforce are able to overcome this by manufacturing modular skid packages which are pre-assembled and tested in-house, then disassembled before being shipped to site, re-assembled and re-tested prior to connection of services.
Our dedicated team of electrical and mechanical engineers is here to ensure that the design and manufacture meets the most stringent industry standards.
Heatxforce build pressure equipment in accordance with PD5500 and ASME VIII Pressure vessel codes whilst conforming to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and UKCA Pressure Equipment Safety Regulations (PESR), which are mandatory inspection requirements applicable to pressure vessels and systems.
Our welding procedures are in accordance with ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX.
