Commercial Executive
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a proactive Commercial Executive to join our team. In this varied role, you will handle customer enquiries, support the sales process with quotes and orders, and coordinate with suppliers on costs and deliveries. You will assist with order administration, shipment bookings and service contract coordination, while providing valuable support to the Sales, Technical, and Commercial teams. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Force Group is a dynamic and developing industrial and manufacturing business based in Solihull, West Midlands. The Force Group consists of 4 growing companies: Valveforce, Heatxforce, Controlsforce and Pumpforce.
Description:
- To be responsible for answering the telephone for the Force Group in a professional manner. Ascertain what the caller requires and to take a note of reasons for the call then field the call to the relevant department.
- Dealing with The Force Group Enquires in a professional approachable manner
- Logging The Force Group Enquires and emailing the customer to advise it has been received.
- Inputting sales orders and understanding customer requirements.
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Logging quotes and chasing purchase orders.
- Order administration and confirmation.
- Supplier costings and delivery confirmation
- Booking incoming and outgoing shipments, including customs clearance when necessary
- Setting up and updating service contracts, ensuring both goods and engineers are on site as agreed.
- Liaise with Force Group account:
- Support sales team with sending out information, writing letters and following up with phone calls.
- Support the technical and commercial teams
- Understanding of CRM system
- Storing documentation in relation to each job, (GRV’s, certificates other associated paperwork to be electronically stored and filed accordingly)
- Liaising with the technical team regarding coding parts and ensuring that any BOMs are ordered correctly
The Job
- Full time / permanent
- Up to £32 K basic pay
- 23 days holiday, pension scheme.
- Based in Solihull, West Midlands however occasional home working may be considered subject to role requirements
- Reporting into the Operations Manager.

- PC literate; word & Excel, web based skills
- Flexible and proactive team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
